Via Career Coaching's way of working is characterised by a solution-focused approach. This involves addressing career challenges in future-oriented and concise way, taking personal qualities as a starting point. The Solution-Focused Brief therapy (SFBT) has its roots in psychology and has been developed by Kim Insoo Berg and Steve de Shazer.
